Monday: Museum is closed to visitors.
Tuesday: 12:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Thursday: 10:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

PLEASE KINDLY NOTE: The last individual visitors must enter the Museum premises by 1:45 p.m., and by 5:45 p.m. on Tuesdays, at the very latest.

The Museum’s permanent exhibition is accommodated across 12 exhibition rooms, inclusive of the basement and the attic on the 3rd floor. There is no lift, nor any facilities for the disabled persons. A complete museum tour takes approx. 1.5 hours.

Museum visitors may make use of the brief write-ups addressing the respective exhibitions in some detail, available in seven languages ​​(English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian and Polish), conveniently placed in wooden boxes at the entrance to each room. Xeroxed sets of those write-ups may also be purchased at the porter’s lodge.

Any tour groups in excess of 10 persons should prior be announced over the phone, or reported to the Museum’s staff directly on the premises.

Ticket prices

Individual tour:
PLN 9.00 – regular ticket
PLN 6.00 – concession ticket (school children, students, OAPs)

Group guided tour:
PLN 13.00 – regular ticket
PLN 9.00 – concession ticket

Museum of Pharmacy does not accept the Krakow Tourist Card for concessionary purposes.

Coats, backpacks and any larger bags must be left in the cloakroom prior to entering the Museum’s premises.
